What to Expect

  • The trip starts with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Mactan or Cebu City then take you to Oslob. Upon arrival at the briefing area, you are required to register and listen to the briefing. Once your “queue number” is called, you’ll be given your life vest and goggles. Then, ride a boat to the interaction area and swim with the Whale Sharks for 30 minutes. After that, you’ll be given time to eat breakfast at your preferred restaurant in the area. Next, we’ll take you to Tumalog Falls to cool down. Then, we’ll take you to Sumilon Island by an outrigger boat. The sandbar changes shapes and shift locations around the island, depending on the season, and it appears during low tide.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

  • A minimum number of 5 guests is required to run the tour.
  • 25% deposit is required upon booking
  • We reserve the right to alter the booking if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
  • If the minimum number of 5 participants is not reached, you have the option to book a private tour, reschedule to a different date, or cancel your reservation and receive a refund.
  • You will be contacted through email at least 1 day before the tour date.
  • Bank-initiated transaction and/or processing fees for refunding purchases settled through bank deposit, online bank transfer, e-wallets, and other similar forms of online fund transfers shall be covered by the customer. The net refundable amount will be disclosed prior to being remitted, and will automatically reflect on the customer’s account within the next 2-10 business days.

What's the Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your booking but your 25% deposit is not refundable
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to bad weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 48 hours before the trip. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your ticket for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity.
